At Batousai®, our goal is to deliver every order correctly and we hope you are happy with your purchase. If you would like to return something you have purchased from us, we will assist you with a refund or return if you make a claim within 14 days of purchase.

Products in saleable condition are usually eligible for return or refund. However, certain products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

The following terms and conditions apply to all products you have purchased from us.

Saleable condition

Products purchased from us must be returned with their original labels and in their original packaging.

In cases where the labels are missing or the products are not returned in their original packaging, we reserve the right to reassess. In case of doubt that cannot be reasonably resolved, we may decide to exchange the product or refund the amount as a goodwill gesture. However, each complaint will be evaluated and treated by Batousai on a situational and individual basis.

Permitted products

The following products are eligible for return/refund/exchange:

• sportswear
• Food supplements (the seal must not be broken)
• All types of equipment and accessories (unused/unworn)

Non-refundable products

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept cancellations for the following product categories:

• socks
• underwear
• groin protection for martial arts
• hand wraps
• All bandages that are worn close to the skin

General Restrictions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for the purchase amount.

It will be clearly stated on the website when a product cannot be returned. We recommend that you read and fully understand the terms and conditions governing guarantees, warranties and returns before purchasing.

right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity. The consumer can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving reasons.

withdrawal period

The cancellation period expires in 14 days from the day -

• when the consumer comes into physical possession of the products;
• where the consumer has ordered several products, the withdrawal period for each product begins to run for two or more days from the day on which it comes into the consumer's physical possession, if they are delivered on different days;
• If the consumer has ordered products in several batches or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which the last batch or piece is delivered;
• If the consumer has opted for regular delivery of goods within a certain period of time, the withdrawal period begins on the day of delivery of the first product.

In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to communicate your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

effects of the resignation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 10 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 7 days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 7-day period.

reversal of collection and shipping costs

In all circumstances, you will need to arrange return collection with a preferred delivery partner and bear the cost of doing so. However, if the products you receive are damaged, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

If you have ordered the wrong size, color or other relevant specifications, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item as well as the cost of shipping the replacement.

   Write us an email to support@batousai.com to declare your withdrawal from the purchase contract. It is recommended to use the provided sample withdrawal form in order to collect all the necessary information at once and process your request more quickly.
2. Prepare product(s):
   Make sure the products are in saleable condition, i.e. unused, unworn, with original tags and in the original packaging. Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
3. Enclose return form and delivery documents:
   Please enclose the completed return form and the delivery note or invoice.
4. Send return shipment:
   Send the products within 7 days of your declaration of withdrawal to the following address:

5. Cover shipping costs:
