How long does it take to process orders?
All orders are normally processed within 3 working days, however no orders will be dispatched or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
What happens if there are delays with my order?
Orders may be delayed during holiday seasons or high volume orders. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, new launches, limited editions and promotions. We will notify you accordingly via email or phone to keep you updated in the event of any delays.
How are the shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the order. Detailed pricing information for different sizes and weights can be found on our website.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Can I return or exchange an order?

processing time for shipping
All orders are normally processed within 3 business days. No orders are dispatched or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
During holiday seasons or high volume orders, orders may be delayed. We will notify you accordingly by email or phone to keep you updated in case of any delays. Please be patient with us in these critical situations.
If we have a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Your package always takes the next possible flight or truck to its destination and is also given preferential treatment in the destination country. This means it reaches its destination much faster.

tracking your order
When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the order. Acceptance of your order will occur when the product is dispatched - we will send you an email confirming dispatch of the product ("Order Confirmation"). At this point a contract will be formed, subject to these Terms of Sale and binding on you and us (the "Contract"). The tracking ID of our logistics provider will be sent to the customer via email.
We will always try to combine the ordered goods into one delivery. If this is not possible for any reason, the customer will receive a separate tracking ID for each delivery.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@b atousai .com. Please include your order number, details of the damage and a photo of the item's condition in the email. We treat damage on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be needed to contact the carrier and file a claim.

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. The current Covid-19 situation has caused shortages in the supply of goods worldwide. We have redesigned our fulfillment center to meet government/state recommended guidelines on social distancing and personal protective equipment.
